  • Surprised to find that this one is actually by Dom and Roland, in a collab wiith DJ Monita, I believe. Not amongst Dom's best, but solid enough. Less of the widescreen atmosphere that underpinned later releases like 'The Storm', it feels more functional than cinematic, more redolent of Dom's 'Wax Musical' on Saigon the previous year. The opening pads and sharp amen edits of the A-side are effective, whilst the b-side lays on the atmosphere a bit more with plenty of break switching and filtering. Not absolutely essential, but most certainly welcome.
